Overview

Fugitive Emission Dashboards provide a centralised view for monitoring and managing emissions data across your sites. The dashboards combine interactive maps with data tables, allowing you to visualise, filter, and act on fugitive emission records efficiently. The dashboard is organised into four tabs, each focused on a specific aspect of fugitive emissions management:
  • Inspections — View OGI inspection issues and track inspection progress
  • Leaks — Monitor detected leaks and their repair status
  • Vents — Track venting events and abnormal venting behaviour
  • Site Check-ins — Review site survey data and environmental conditions
Understanding the data sources:
  • The Inspections tab displays Issues — specifically OGI inspection issues
  • The Leaks, Vents, and Site Check-ins tabs display Form Responses — structured data captured during field operations

Key features

View modes

Switch between different layouts to suit your workflow:
  • Split view — Side-by-side map and table (default)
  • Map view — Full-screen map visualisation with colour-coded markers
  • Table view — Full-screen data grid with sorting and grouping
Quickly find the data you need:
  • Site filter — Filter by specific sites
  • Date range — Select from preset ranges (Last Week, Last Month, Last Quarter, etc.) or custom dates
  • Status filter — Show or hide items by status using the visual legend
  • Spatial filter — Filter by map viewport bounds
  • Search — Search by Leak ID, Vent ID, or Site Name (varies by tab)
  • Historical data toggle — Include or exclude historical data with import date tracking

Data export

Export your data to Excel for reporting and analysis.
Export availability: Data export is currently available for the Leaks and Vents tabs only.

Detail blade

Click on any item in the map or table to open a detail blade with:
  • Details tab — View form response data and media attachments
  • History tab — See a timeline of all related form submissions and status changes

Dashboard tabs

Inspections

View and manage OGI inspection issues, track field technician assignments, and monitor inspection progress.

Leaks

Monitor detected leaks, track repair compliance, and manage leak data with filtering, editing, and export.

Vents

Track venting events, identify abnormal venting behaviour, and export vent data for reporting.

Site Check-ins

Review site survey data including environmental conditions and equipment states.

Common workflows

Reviewing inspection progress

  1. Open the Inspections tab
  2. Filter by date range or site
  3. Use the status filter to focus on in-progress or completed inspections
  4. Click an inspection to view details and linked leaks/vents

Tracking leak repairs

  1. Open the Leaks tab
  2. Filter by status to view Leaking or Delayed items
  3. Click a leak to view its details
  4. Use follow-up actions to create repair or verification issues

Permissions

Access to Fugitive Emission Dashboards is controlled by user roles:
RolePermissions
ViewerView all dashboard data but cannot edit or export
EditorView all data, edit records, and export data
AdministratorFull access including configuration
Super AdminFull access across all features
