> Step-by-step guide to installing and signing in to the Outpost app by SensorUp on iPhones and iPads.

# How to Install Outpost (iOS)

This guide will walk you through the installation and sign-in process for the **Outpost app** on any iOS mobile device or iPad.

  **Prerequisites**

  * You must have an existing SensorUp account (email and password).
  * You'll also need your organization's **Server URL**, which is used to sign in to the app.

## Sign in with the following information

* Use your **Server URL**, **email**, and **password** to log in.

## Apple iOS Installation Instructions

1. Open the [**Apple App Store**](https://apps.apple.com/ca/app/outpost-by-sensorup/id6443835566) on your iOS device.
2. Search for **Outpost by SensorUp**.
3. Tap **Install** to download the app.
4. Once installed, tap **Open** to launch the app.
5. On the Sign In screen:
   * Enter your **Environment URL** (e.g., `https://yourcompany.sensorup.com`) and tap **Next**.
   * Enter your **email address** and **password**, then tap **Sign In**.
6. If you've already set up **Two-Factor Authentication**, you'll be prompted to enter your code.
   * If not, you'll be guided to set it up for added security.
   * Optionally, select **"Don't ask me again on this device"** on trusted devices.
7. Tap **Sign In** to access the app.

## First-Time Access

If you're a new user:

* Look for the **invite email** from SensorUp.
* Click the link in the invite to set up your account and password.
* Then return to the app and sign in using the credentials you created.

## Grant Permissions

When prompted, grant the following permissions to ensure full app functionality:

## Downloading Resources

* After logging in, the app will automatically download the required resources.
* This may take a few moments during the initial setup.
